Refund Policy

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours.

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Biomer Ltd at the customer's expense.

All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly, and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment.

All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
